First Double Day

Lil swam her first double practice, well, not quite double. 2 hrs with Reitz and then in with GREAT from 5:45 - 6:30. She swam in a lane with Alex. She did 3 x 400 IM, he did 3 X 500 both on 7:00.

First day of practice

Lil began practicing with Reitz today. Just stroke drill. Took the day off with GREAT due to the meet just finished at NSC.

Ginny coached 4:30 - 5:30 with GREAT. HS boys still in the water with us.
